The following types of undergraduate scholarships are offered by the University:
Students who get selected through College Board SAT can apply for College Board India Scholarship which is awarded by the College Board to Indian students with exceptional SAT scores and demonstrated financial need. Please refer to College board website for Details.
- All scholarships shall be awarded for one academic year.
- All scholarships are valid for 4 years of the program duration, provided the student satisfies the minimum CGPA criteria of 7.0, minimum attendance of 75 % in every semester (except for Sport Scholarships), and no disciplinary action against the applicant is taken or pending during the entire tenure of the program.
- The “Financial Aid Application Form” will be enabled on the application dashboard of all the students, the applicant must be informed to check the box “Financial Aid Required” while filling up the admission application form at the beginning of the admission process.
- Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR reserves the right to edit and alter the eligibility criteria as it deems fit.
- Scholarship and Financial Aid cannot be clubbed, a student must accept any one of these if awarded.
- Details and proofs submitted with the Financial Aid Application Form will be physically verified by a nominated person at your address. you are advised to cooperate with the verification process.
- The decision to award the scholarship and financial aid rests solely with the university and is not subject to challenge or appeal.

Students who receive scholarships or financial aid must maintain a CGPA of 7.0 at the end of every Spring Semester (after consideration of the Summer Semester, if any), minimum 75% of attendance (except sports scholarship), and no disciplinary action against the applicant is established or pending during the entire tenure of the program to retain their scholarships.

*The living expenses include hostel fees, mess charges, and laundry charges, and they cover access to 24×7 primary medical services. The hostel fee of ₹2,43,500/- is considered for twin-sharing AC rooms. For non-AC twin sharing rooms, the charges will be Rs 2,28,500/-. The hostel room type, and the eligibility of hostel category may change from time to time and in case the student is given or opts for higher category hostel room types, the student will have to bear the additional expense of higher category hostel room as per the actual allocation. The decision of Dean of students regarding allocation of hostel room each year based on availability, and demand would be final.

Shiv Nadar University Scholastic Aptitude Test (SNUSAT) is an entrance test for admission to all the undergraduate programs at Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR campus. It's an online home-proctored test. It will be conducted across 6 cycles from January 2026 to July 2026. The sample questions will be uploaded to your application dashboard once you select the SNUSAT route and complete your application payment.
The SNUSAT measures quantitative reasoning and logical reasoning.
Students applying to BTech programs and BS Computer Science must also take the APT which tests subject knowledge in Physics and Mathematics.
