The Undergraduate Major in History at Shiv Nadar University, Delhi NCR provides students with a basic grounding in history and archaeology, with the development of skills in research, analysis and quantitative reasoning that are essential to a thorough grounding in the liberal arts. Our teaching programs encourage a critical engagement with the past by offering an engaging, analytical and thoughtful syllabus that is able to accommodate the vast sweep of chronology and geography—from pre-history to the present and from South Asia to the wider world.
